INGREDIENTS
4 medium green zucchinis, thinly sliced
1/2 cup scallions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon black chili pepper
1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper
1 teaspoon dried mint leaves
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup of plain yogurt mixed with finely chopped garlic
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Combine zucchinis, scallions, and olive oil in a bowl and season with black and red chili pepper, mint leaves, and salt, mix well.
Place the mixture into a pan and bake in oven for 30 minutes.
