PREPARATION
Set oven to 225 degrees Celsius. Peel and quarter potates. Lightly grease an oven-proof pan and place potatoes there. Add a little olive oil and salt and mix well with the potatoes. Make sure not to use too much as you want a "dry" potato! Bake for about 30 minutes, making sure to turn them over a few times so they bake evenly.
Fry chicken breasts and season with rosemary and lemon juice as you go.
