INGREDIENTS
1 cup fine bulgur wheat
2/3 cup water
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 grapevine leaves, thoroughly cleaned
1 small tomato, diced for garnish
2 pickles, sliced for garnish
Salt (optional)
PREPARATION
Boil water, pour in a bowl, and soak in bulgur wheat. Cover bowl and set for 15 minuets.
Drain bulgur wheat and add onion and lemon juice, mix well.
Line a plate with grapevine leaves and pour bulgur wheat mixture on top.
