INGREDIENTS
4 cups water
2 teaspoons dried chamomile
2 teaspoons aniseed
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon dried sage
Sugar (optional)
PREPARATION
Bring water to a boil in a teapot.
While water boils add in chamomile, aniseed, thyme, and sage, stir well and turn off heat.
Cover teapot and let steep for 3-5 minutes until liquid is golden brown.
