Mexican cuisine is known for its intense and varied flavors, colorful decoration, and variety of spices, The taste of this salad is really marvelous, it's full of colors and fairly low crab. This recipe is great for light summer, dinner and even for lunch

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 small can of tuna fish
  • 1 tablespoons thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt (optional)
  • Olives and lemon pulp for garnish

PREPARATION

  1. Combine tomato, onion, bell pepper, tuna fish, mayonnaise, and thyme leaves in a bowl.
  2. In another small bowl whisk olive oil, lemon juice, and salt together.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and toss well to combine.
  4. Garnish salad with olives and lemon pulp
  5. Serve cold.
