Tired of ordinary omelets? This is a recipe for a new kind omelets. It will be a chance for you to change your routine breakfast. It is even more delicious and healthier than an ordinary omelet it is a mixture of a lot other things other than plain eggs.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 eggs
  • 11 teaspoon of flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup olive oil for frying

PREPARATION

  1. Place eggs, flour, chopped onion, salt and parsley together in a bowl mixing well to make a dough
  2. Put the oil in a circular pan and place it on a heated burner. Add the dough to the pan and figure it into a circle-shape
  3. Increase the heat of the burner and fry the first side of omlette until it turns into a golden brown color then flip it to the other side and let it fry until it turns to golden brown too
  4. Put the omlette into the serving plate and serve it hot.
