Tuna and Eggs

This is a fast, easy, and delicious recipe to prepare. Not only is it fast, easy, and delicious it is also healthy choice for your family. And I can be definite that this recipe will come in handy when mom is in a hurry. So don't loose it you'll need it.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of tuna (water drained)
  • 2 eggs
  • Sprinkles of crushed black Pepper
  • Sprinkles of crushed ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive Oil for frying
  • Diced tomatoes for garnish

PREPARATION

  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and empty the tuna into the pan.
  2. Add crushed black Pepper, crushed ginger and salt. Toss well to combine.
  3. Break eggs in a small bowl then pour out over tuna mixing all together, stir occasionally until cooked.
  4. Prepare the serving plate and garnish with diced tomatoes.
  5. Serve right away.
