Baked Halibut with Potatoes is delicious seafood recipe that mostly every one will love it

INGREDIENTS

  • Olive oil
  • 3 small potatoes, peeled, boiled, and sliced into 1/4 inch slices
  • Green olives
  • 1 pound halibut fillet
  • Salt n pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • Herbs of your choice
  • Cheese ( mozzarella or cheddar melts)

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In an 8 inch square baking dish, coat the bottom with olive oil. Place layer of potatoes (using all the potatoes salt pepper and lemon and add the herbs of yr choice and lemon juice . Bake for about 20 minutes, add the cheese and sprinkle it on top and herb the surface then bake for other 5 minutes or until cheese has browned and fish is cooked through.
