INGREDIENTS
125 grams or mls butter
4 dl flour
2 dl sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 dl blueberries (or other berries)
2 dl milk
1 large egg
PREPARATION
Melt butter and let it cool. Whisk first the milk, then the egg, with the butter. Mix the dry ingredients well and add them to the butter mixture. Pour into muffin tin. Add blueberries and press a little with a spoon so they don't all rest on top. Bake in 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.
