This is actually really good and definitely worth it. Boneless chicken wings!! Is easy and tastes so yummy! You will love this recipe it's certainly worth it. Trust me you also will love the hot sauce touch at the end. So you might want to give it a try.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • chicken breast fillets - cut in cubes
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/4 cup Hot Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter

PREPARATION

  1. Combine flour, salt, peppers and paprika in a medium bowl.
  2. In another small bowl, whisk together egg and milk.Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, then into the flour mixture - then repeat the process so that each piece of chicken is double-coated. When all chicken pieces have been coated, arrange them on a plate and chill for 15 minutes.
  3. Then fry it..and put it aside on a plate. then in a saucepan melt the butter with the hot sauce...then add the fried boneless in there and mix it -just make sure all of them are covered in this sauce...and then serve - with a dip!!!
