Bread Dumplings with egg recipe are originally from Austrian and in fact Germany have the same recipe too. This recipe is for leftover bread dumplings. You could eat as a breakfast, snack or side dish. It's simply delicious, try it and enjoy the taste.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bread dumplings - diced
  • 1 egg - beaten
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • black pepper - a dash
  • salt - to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Heat the pan with butter and add the diced bread dumplings. Fry until the bread dumplings is crispy like in pictures No. 2.
  2. Beat the egg with a little of salt and black pepper. When the bread dumplings is browny and crispy add the beaten eggs to it and stir. When it already mix and cook take it out and ready to serve.
