Chinese Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/3 cups Left-over Rice
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cup onion, chopped
  • shrimps - sauted
  • mushrooms - sauted
  • mix veg (boiled and sauted)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup water

PREPARATION

  1. Melt butter in skillet.
  2. Add egg; cook until set. - Remove - and cut into pieces
  3. Add onion, mix veggies, shrimps, mushrooms and rice; brown.
  4. Mix 1/3 cup water and soy sauce; add to rice.
  5. Simmer 5 minutes; serve.
