Chow Mein is delicious and easy to make chinese noodles

INGREDIENTS
1 package of chow mein (Chinese noodles)
2-clove garlic crushed
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 boneless and skinless chicken breast (thinly sliced)
1 carrot thinly sliced
Baby bok choy (Chinese greens)
1 cup chicken stock
1 teaspoon corn starch
1 teaspoon soy sauce
PREPARATION
For the chicken and vegetables: Heat oil in a wok or a pan, add garlic, ginger and cook for few seconds. Add the sliced chicken and cook till color is not pink. Add the vegetables and continue cooking till they are tender. Dissolve the corn starch in a little of cold water then add it to the chicken stock, mix well and add to the chicken mixture. stir till the sauce thicken. Add the soy sauce.
For the noodles: cook the noodles according to package, strain. Heat i table spoon of oil in a wok and add the noodles and fry till it turns golden. Arrange noodles on a plate and scoop some of the sauce and chicken on top.
