INGREDIENTS
5 eggs
5 tablespoons water
Salt, pepper, tabasco
PREPARATION
Add whatever you like as topping. I used tomato, chili, onions and peas - you can add cheese to of course, and leftover meat or whatever you like.
Whisk eggs, water and spices. Add some oil or butter to a pan if desired, or use a non-stick pan. Fry omelet for a few minutes on one side, adding toppings, or fry on both sides and then slide onto a plate, put toppings on one half of the omelet and fold.
