INGREDIENTS
600 grams fish fillet - any kind with white, firm flesh will do.
2,5 dl Turkish yoghurt or creme fraiche.
2 heaped dessert spoons Dijon mustard
1 onion
1 clove garlic
Lemon juice
Salt, pepper
PREPARATION
Grease an oven-proof dish lightly. Place fish (if using frozen fish it does not have to be thoroughly defrosted) in pan. Chop onion and finely chop garlic. Mix and add to the fish. Season with salt and pepper. Mix mustard with yoghurt or creme fraiche and coat fish with the mixture. Bake in 200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes or until done, this depends on if you use fresh or frozen fish.
In the photo I served the fish with riced potatoes, peas and a salad.
