When i was in Dagestan I used to make every weekend something sweet and homemade cake is a good choice. I decided to make this easy thing for my relatives, they really liked it. I added cinnamon in this recipe but the original one doesn't contain cinnamon

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 eggs
  • 300 gram of flour
  • 400 gram of curd
  • 2 tea cups of sugar
  • 100-125 gram margarine
  • Package of sour cream (20% of fat, 400-450 gramms).

PREPARATION

  1. Mix sugar and butter together and then mix flour carefully with them. Devide dough into 2 parts.
  2. For stuffing mix eggs with curd and sour cream.
  3. Layer one part of dough into cake mold, make it very carefully with spoon, put a stuffing, cover stuffing with other half.
  4. Put the cake for 45 minutes in an oven at 200 degrees.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and serve.
