Swedish Fish au Gratin (Fiskgratang) is great for family dinner and it's easy to make too.

INGREDIENTS
300 grams white fish
2 hardboiled eggs, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
2,5 dl milk or cream
Broccoli
Grated cheese
5-6 potatoes, boiled and mashed (add a little turmeric for a nice, yellow colour, if desired)
Milk
Butter or oil
Parsley
Salt, pepper
PREPARATION
Set oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Boil potatoes and prepare potato mash using milk and butter or oil. Place fish in lightly greased, ovenproof dish.Add eggs, onions broccol and cheesei. Pour milk or cream over everything. Spread mash on top. Add a few small knobs of butter or drizzle some oil on top to prevent the gratin from getting too dry.
