Mini pizzas

TIMING

INGREDIENTS

  • Crust:
  • 13-15 deciliters plain flour
  • 25 grammes yeast
  • 5 deciliters lukewarm water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • turmeric
  • Topping:
  • Whatever you like! I used:
  • Minced lamb
  • chopped onion
  • Finely chopped garlic
  • 1 chilli pepper, chopped
  • 1 tin tomatoes
  • Fresh, chopped herbs (sage, oregano, thyme)
  • Halved cocktail tomatoes
  • Chilli cheese

PREPARATION

  1. Dissolve fresh yeast in water, or mix dried yeast with a little flour, then add water. Add turmeric, salt and the rest of the flour. Mix until you have a nice, smooth dough. Put in a bowl, cover and leave to prove for about 45 minutes. Set oven to 225 degrees Celsius.
  2. Fry the minced lamb. Add onions, then garlic. Add the tinned tomatoes. Season. Cook for a few minutes and add the fresh herbs.
  3. Form 8 small pizzas from the dough and place them on baking sheets. Put the meat sauce on top and add some halved cocktail tomatoes, then add cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
