Dissolve fresh yeast in water, or mix dried yeast with a little flour, then add water. Add turmeric, salt and the rest of the flour. Mix until you have a nice, smooth dough. Put in a bowl, cover and leave to prove for about 45 minutes. Set oven to 225 degrees Celsius.
Fry the minced lamb. Add onions, then garlic. Add the tinned tomatoes. Season. Cook for a few minutes and add the fresh herbs.
Form 8 small pizzas from the dough and place them on baking sheets. Put the meat sauce on top and add some halved cocktail tomatoes, then add cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
