Mushroom Pizza Quiche recipe is lovable and with fancy taste but every one can get it. try it!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup mushrooms - sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/3 cup cream cheese - softened
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon basil - finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Prepare a 9-inch baking pan with a generous coating of cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs with cream cheese and cream until smooth.
- Add parmesan cheese, basil, oregano and garlic powder and mix well. Stir in sliced mushrooms and pour into prepared pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes until eggs are set.
- Remove from oven. Spoon pizza sauce evenly over quiche. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese.
- Return quiche to oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese is browned and bubbling.
- Remove from oven. Let stand at least five minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.
