INGREDIENTS

  • Mutton
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli
  • Turmenic
  • 1 good size onion
  • Garlic & Ginger Chopped
  • Tomatoes (4-5 good size)
  • Or substitute with tomato paste (i use this gives more thickness to the gravy)
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 Big green chili

PREPARATION

  1. Take a good size pot, fill with water little less then half. Add your meat into it and put it on to boil. Add all the spices and chopped onion, and let the meat tenderize. Once the meat has tenderized a good amount, add 3 tbsps of oil and let it simmer for about few minutes. 4 tbsp of tomato paste or your chopped tomatoes. Let it cook on low heat, once the oil starts to rise you are done, garnish with coriander leaves & green chilies. Serve with plain white rice, pilauo or any kind of Roti.
