1 tsp Red Chilli Powder - (less or more according to your taste)
1/4 tsp Qasuri Methi Powder (optional)
Milk ( i didn't measure the milk - so its also upto you)
Salt - according to taste.
1 small packet of PANEER (THAWED)
PREPARATION
In a bowl add coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, ketchup, qasuri methi, tomato paste add a bit of milk and mix add sum more and mix it again.
Then you can add the rest of the milk to the mixture..about 1/2 CUP or so milk...for colour u can add more tomato paste.
Now: heat the pan add butter, onions and ginger / garlic paste - cook but make sure u don't burn the butter cuz butter burns fast.
Add your masala mixture - cover and simmer on low flame for 3 minutes. Add Salt.
When you see butter oozing out on the side..add a bit of milk to it. Slightly thin the sauce. Add LITTLE BY LITTLE and mix immediately.
