Pasta With Chicken Sauce

INGREDIENTS

• 1 chicken breast
• 1 chili pepper
• 1/2 onion
• 1 clove garlic
• Water
• Tomato paste
• Herbs
• Salt, pepper

PREPARATION

1. Chop onion and chili pepper and fry in a little oil or butter. Add finely chopped garlic. Add water and bring to a boil. Add diced chicken breast and bring to a boil again. Add tomato paste, salt and pepper. Boil pasta according to instructions on packet. Just before chicken is cooked through, add pepper and herbs (I used Herbes Provencale but use what you like): You might want to serve this dish with some bread for soaking up the sauce.
