INGREDIENTS

  • Oil
  • Cumin Seeds
  • 1 kilo Boneless Chicken
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Salt or According to taste
  • 1 ½ tsps vinegar
  • 1 tsp Freshly crushed black pepper
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder (or according to taste)
  • 5-6 Tomatoes (medium sized - finely diced)
  • 3-4 whole green chillies
  • Half bunch of fresh Coriander Leaves - finely chopped

PREPARATION

  1. Heat oil, add cumin seeds - add the chicken to the pot with garlic & ginger and leave on medium heat.
  2. After 5 mins - add everything, except the tomatoes and green chilli's. Stir and bhoon the masala's - after 3mins add Tomatoes and Green Chilli's.
  3. Increase the heat to dry water if any.
  4. Lower the heat and cook covered for 5-10 mins.
  5. Once the tomatoes have softened, mash the tomatoes - increase the heat and evaporate sum of the water.
  6. Add the fresh coriander leaves and cook for another 5mins.
  7. The end result should be with very little gravy.
  8. Serve with Hot Naan or Paratha or Plain white rice.
