Rice béchamel is very tasty recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 1.2 kilo of minced meat
  • 1 cup of carrots and peas ( steamed and cooked with the meat )
  • spices- salt -pepper- cumin-cardammom
  • bechamelle sauce( 2 cups of milk - 1 egg - 4 tsp of flour ,slat n pepper and cardammom powder
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 onion (shredded )
  • tomato sauce ( 1 cup ) 1 tsp of tomato paste (or u can use tomato paste only as u desire .
  • cheese (cheddar or mozarella mix)

PREPARATION

  1. In a pan cook the onion and garlic with meat and add tomato paste and tomato juice ( 1 cup of juice and 1 tsp of paste ) add the spices and add the carrots ( cubed)and the peas ,when its cooked add the cooked rice and put in a dutsh pan, then half the quantity of bechamelle and mix well ,then top the surface with the rest of bechamelle ,and cheese and bake for 20 -30 minutes.
