INGREDIENTS

  • 1 salmon fillet per person (or more)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Dill weed - fresh, dried or frozen
  • Lemon juice
  • Water
  • Tomato paste
  • Harissa (optional)

PREPARATION

  1. Wipe fillets dry if they are moist. Fry in a little oil (I use rape seed) and season on both sides with salt, pepper, dill weed and lemon juice as you turn it over. It should just take a few minutes per side. Mix a little water with tomato paste and harissa, if desired, and pour the mix into the pan. Let simmer for a few minutes.
  2. Serve with for instance rice and green peas, or riced potatoes and a salad.
