(Dough)
2 dl plain flour
1 dl graham flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
50 grams cold butter or margarine
1 dl Turkish Yoghurt
(Filling)
2 dl Turkish Yoghurt
2-3 dessert spoons sambal oelek
2 handfuls shrimp, peeled and deveined. You don't need to defrost them if using frozen.
Broccoli, cut into smaller pieces
1 tomato, diced
Salt, pepper, lemon juice, dill weed.
Parsley and olives for topping.
PREPARATION
For dough mix ingredients and place dough in an ovenproof dish Prick with a fork to avoid dough rising too much when baking. Place in fridge for about 30 minutes. Set oven to 200 - 225 degrees Celsius and bake pie crust for about 10 minutes.
For filling mix ingredients, except for parsley and olives, and place in pie crust. Bake at 200-225 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. Garnish and serve.
