INGREDIENTS
Minced garlic
Minced ginger root
Chilli pepper flakes
Cut vegetables (I buy ready cut frozen oriental vegetables)
Shrimps peeled
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp canola oil
Oyster sauce
PREPARATION
Sauté the ginger and garlic in a the hot canola oil then add the vegetables and stir fry till the vegetables are tender, add shrimps and cook till the colour turns pink, add oyster sauce and sesame oil and cook for few minutes.
