A few slices of cheese - for this batch I used cheese made from sheeps' milk but use whatever kind you like.
PREPARATION
Set oven to 225 degrees Celsius.
Halve the peppers and rinse them, making sure to clean out the seeds. Place in boiling water for minutes, then drain them well.
Boil rice with stock cube.
Fry lamb with onion, season, then add garlic and then add a little water. Let the mince absorb most of the water.
Place pepper halves in greased oven-proof dish. Mix rice and meat, then ladle it into the peppers. Place cheese on top. Bake in middle of oven until cheese has melted, about 15-20 minutes.
Serve with possible leftover rice, vegetables, bread...
