INGREDIENTS
2 cups of steamed rice
1 cup cooked peas
1 cup cooked chopped carrot
2 egg
3 tbs olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 hot chilli peppers, finely sliced
1 tbs of thai red curry paste
1 tbs of thai soy sauce
2 tbs of thai oyster sauce
Pinch of salt and pepper
Finely sliced green onion
PREPARATION
Sautee garlic, chilli and oil in low heat, until fragant
Add egg, turn into high heat , add carrot and peas
Add thai red curry sauce, rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, scallion, mix well, serve hot
