INGREDIENTS
- 4 medium green zucchinis, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup scallions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black chili pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried mint leaves
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt mixed with finely chopped garlic
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Combine zucchinis, scallions, and olive oil in a bowl and season with black and red chili pepper, mint leaves, and salt, mix well.
- Place the mixture into a pan and bake in oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and divide dish onto plates. Pour garlic yogurt sauce over each serving.
