PREPARATION

  1. Open the broad beans can and place it over low heat for few minutes until the beans are cooked.
  2. Meanwhile heat olive oil in a frying pan then add garlic, stir until golden brown.
  3. Add tomatoes to the frying pan and cook over medium heat until tomatoes are almost done.
  4. Drain beans and add them to the pan mixing all together and cook again for several minutes.
  5. Pour the cooked meal into a serving plate and sprinkle with olive oil.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
