- 2 cups water
- 3 fresh sage stems
- Sugar (optional)
PREPARATION
- Bring water to a boil in a teapot.
- While water boils add in sage, stir well and turn off heat.
- Cover teapot and let steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve right away.
