- 2 cups water
- 4 fresh thyme stems
- Sugar (optional)
PREPARATION
- Bring water to a boil in a teapot.
- While water boils add in thyme, stir well and turn off heat.
- Cover teapot and let steep for 3-5 minuets before serving.
