INGREDIENTS
- 2 large tomatoes, peeled & diced
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 small green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small hot green pepper (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of dried mint for garnish
PREPARATION
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan then add garlic and bell pepper, simmer for 2 minuets.
- Add tomatoes and hot green pepper into the frying pan, cook over medium heat for about 8 minuets.
- Pour the cooked meal into a serving plate and garnish with dried mint.
- Serve right away.
