INGREDIENTS
- 2 medium cucumber, diced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- 1 teaspoon of viniger
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- A small banch of watercress, chopped
- Black olives and watercress leaves for garnish
PREPARATION
- Combine cucumber, tomato, green bell pepper, feta cheese, and chopped watercress in a bowl.
- In another small bowl whisk olive oil, lemon juice, viniger, and salt together.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss well to combine.
- Garnish with black olives and watercress leaves
