INGREDIENTS
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
- 2 small can of tuna fish
- 1 tablespoons thyme leaves
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt (optional)
- Olives and lemon pulp for garnish
PREPARATION
- Combine tomato, onion, bell pepper, tuna fish, mayonnaise, and thyme leaves in a bowl.
- In another small bowl whisk olive oil, lemon juice, and salt together.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss well to combine.
- Garnish salad with olives and lemon pulp
- Serve cold.
