INGREDIENTS
- 5 eggs
- 11 teaspoon of flour
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup olive oil for frying
PREPARATION
- Place eggs, flour, chopped onion, salt and parsley together in a bowl mixing well to make a dough
- Put the oil in a circular pan and place it on a heated burner. Add the dough to the pan and figure it into a circle-shape
- Increase the heat of the burner and fry the first side of omlette until it turns into a golden brown color then flip it to the other side and let it fry until it turns to golden brown too
- Put the omlette into the serving plate and serve it hot.
