INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of tuna (water drained)
- 2 eggs
- Sprinkles of crushed black Pepper
- Sprinkles of crushed ginger
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil for frying
- Diced tomatoes for garnish
PREPARATION
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan and empty the tuna into the pan.
- Add crushed black Pepper, crushed ginger and salt. Toss well to combine.
- Break eggs in a small bowl then pour out over tuna mixing all together, stir occasionally until cooked.
- Prepare the serving plate and garnish with diced tomatoes.
- Serve right away.
