INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/3 cups Left-over Rice
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- shrimps - sauted
- mushrooms - sauted
- mix veg (boiled and sauted)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/3 cup water
PREPARATION
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Add egg; cook until set. - Remove - and cut into pieces
- Add onion, mix veggies, shrimps, mushrooms and rice; brown.
- Mix 1/3 cup water and soy sauce; add to rice.
- Simmer 5 minutes; serve.
