INGREDIENTS
- ½ kilogram chickens chest, boneless, cut to fingers
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded into ½ inch width
- 2 cups colorful pepper, shredded into ½ inch width
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon crushed ginger
- 1 canned mushroom, cut to small piece
- 1 canned corn
- 1 canned asparagus
- 400g vermicelli noodles
- 5 tablespoons soya sauce
- 1 chicken stock cube
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon curry
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon shata
- 6 tablespoons oil for frying
PREPARATION
- In a large pot add water and bring to a boil. Add vermicelli to pot and stir well
- In a another large deep pot place oil then added ginger, garlic and onion stirring well for 3 minutes
- Added colorful pepper and stir for 3 minutes. Added chickens chest,cabbage, stock cube and other spices stirring until the chickens is cooked well
- Added mushroom and corn and stir again
- Added vermicelli to the large deep pot stirring well then add soya sauce.
- Finally added asparagus stirring well
- Serve immediately
