
Eggs and Mushroom

An egg with mushroom is a meal itself; this recipe is the perfect solution because it's easy and delicious and the ingredients are mostly in your home. It's also perfect for light dinner when you got home late after work and there isn't anything to eat.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of mushroom (425g)
- 3 eggs
- 3 small onions, chopped
- Sprinkles of black Pepper
- Sprinkles of crushed ginger
- Salt to taste
- Oil or butter for frying
- Green bell pepper and tomatoes for garnish
PREPARATION
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan and sauté onion over low heat until well cooked.
- Add mushroom to the onion stirring well. Cover the saucepan and leave for 10 minutes meanwhile stir occasionally.
- Break eggs in a small bowl, add black pepper and crushed ginger and mix all together.
- Only pour egg over mushroom without mixing together. Leave for 5 minutes until egg edge are cooked then mix all together for few minutes.
- Place the cooked meal into a serving plate and garnish with bell pepper and tomatoes.
- Serve right away.
