Egyptian Style Shrimp Salad is easy to make and can served appetizer too.

INGREDIENTS
- 10 clean shrimps, seasoned with garlic, salt, black pepper and cumin
- 1 small tomatoes, cut to slices
- 1 small yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small red bell pepper, sliced
- 10 watercress leaves
- Black olives for garnish, seeds removed and cut to circles
- Ketchup for garnish
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
PREPARATION
- Place olive oil in a saucepan and sauté shrimps and onion for 30 minuets.
- Meanwhile layer watercress leaves in a salad plate then color by color decorate with tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper (as photo).
- Place the cooked shrimp over the veggies and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Garnish salad with black olives and ketchup.
- Serve immediately.
