INGREDIENTS
- 2 or 3 fresh mango
- ¾ cup ice cubes
PREPARATION
- Peel and roughly chop 2 or 3 fresh mango.
- Place ¾ cup ice cubes in a blender or food processor and process in short bursts for five minutes or until ice cubes are roughly chopped.
- Add mango and process until smooth. Add little water to thin if you wish.
- To serve, dip the rim of a clean glass in water soaked paper towel then dip in granulated sugar. Pour the juice in the glass carefully.
