INGREDIENTS
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, broiled or grilled (you can marinate the chicken with - olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice)
- 12 cups chopped roamaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup Caesar Salad dressing
- 1 cup seasoned croutons
PREPARATION
- While chicken is in the broiler or on the grill,
- chop the lettuce and arrange it in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over lettuce and toss lightly.
- Cool chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces. Add to lettuce and toss again.
- Drizzle salad dressing over the salad mixture and top with crouton.
