Homemade Cinnabon is tasty and easy to make recipe

PREPARATION

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.add ghee and mix.start to add water and gradually mix wid hands wen it comes to sticky position,leave it and cover wid salon wrap put in dark place for 1 hour.i prefer microwave,its dark and warm enough for yeast to react.
  2. After 1 hour nearly,take out the dough on floured surface and start to knead just enough to a smooth dough.dunt work the dough wid hard hands.lighlty knead.roll the dough into a rectangle shape abt 15'' - 10''.spread butter all over avoiding the sides.start to sprinkle the sugar mixture.gently press in the dough.
  3. Now start to roll the dough frm the long end.now the dough is in a long loaf shape.half the dough,den halve each halve.cut out 3 pcs of each halve.
  4. Arrange the cinnabons on baking sheet wid parchment line.cover and leave for abt 10-15 mins.after bake for 10-15 mins.so depending on ur oven heat.mines were baked in 15 -18 min. of tym.off the oven and put on griller mode.heat dem for 2 mins.on low heat.juss to gve color.wen done.take out of oven n pour over the prepared glaze on hot cinnabons.
