Originating as a part of Italian cuisine, Pizza is a popular dish made with an oven-baked, flat, generally round bread that is covered with tomatoes or a tomato-based sauce and mozzarella cheese. Other toppings are added according to region and culture

INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2 cups of flour
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup of water
- Salt to taste
- Vegetables to taste
- 1 medium green bell pepper, shredded
- 1 medium chilli pepper, diced
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/2 can of mushroom, cut to pieces
- 100g ground lamb
- 100g mozzarella cheese, crumbled
- Ketchup (enough to cover the dough)
- 1/2 cup olives, seeds removed
PREPARATION
- To prepare pizza dough combine flour, olive oil, yeast, yogurt, water and Salt to in a large bowl mixing all together well and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat and sauté mushroom and ground lamb for 5 minutes. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
- Anoint pizza tray with olive oil and layer the dough then anoint dough surface with Ketchup
- Fill it with mozzarella cheese, mushroom and meat filling, vegetables and olives then place the pizza into oven for 15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy
