INGREDIENTS
- Oil
- Cumin Seeds
- 1 kilo Boneless Chicken
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Salt or According to taste
- 1 ½ tsps vinegar
- 1 tsp Freshly crushed black pepper
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder (or according to taste)
- 5-6 Tomatoes (medium sized - finely diced)
- 3-4 whole green chillies
- Half bunch of fresh Coriander Leaves - finely chopped
PREPARATION
- Heat oil, add cumin seeds - add the chicken to the pot with garlic & ginger and leave on medium heat.
- After 5 mins - add everything, except the tomatoes and green chilli's. Stir and bhoon the masala's - after 3mins add Tomatoes and Green Chilli's.
- Increase the heat to dry water if any.
- Lower the heat and cook covered for 5-10 mins.
- Once the tomatoes have softened, mash the tomatoes - increase the heat and evaporate sum of the water.
- Add the fresh coriander leaves and cook for another 5mins.
- The end result should be with very little gravy.
- Serve with Hot Naan or Paratha or Plain white rice.
