Salmon fillet with lemon and dill weed is helthy and delicious recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 1 salmon fillet per person (or more)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Dill weed - fresh, dried or frozen
- Lemon juice
- Water
- Tomato paste
- Harissa (optional)
PREPARATION
- Wipe fillets dry if they are moist. Fry in a little oil (I use rape seed) and season on both sides with salt, pepper, dill weed and lemon juice as you turn it over. It should just take a few minutes per side. Mix a little water with tomato paste and harissa, if desired, and pour the mix into the pan. Let simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve with for instance rice and green peas, or riced potatoes and a salad.
