Spicy Potato Patties

Spicy potato patties recipe is great side dishe with great taste, it can be served as appetizer too!

PREPARATION

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into pieces. Boil in salted water for about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain water and mash the potatoes with some olive oil. Let cool (very important or you will have potatoes with scrambled egg). Add chopped onions, egg and all spices. Rinse hands with cold water and form the mixture into patties. Place on a plate and put in fridge for about 30 minutes.
  2. Fry in olive oil. Be careful when flipping them as they sometimes tend to "break" easily. Serve with fish, meat, poultry or with vegetables
