Stuffed Medjool Date is amazing and very delicious too; it's very easy and can be served after or before your meal. Many peoples prepare it for Ramadan (the fasting month for Muslims). It's goes good with all occasions, try it and impress your guests

INGREDIENTS
- 20 medjool date
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup crushed peanut (for filling)
- Small plate of crushed peanut (for garnish)
- 2 tablespoon white oats
PREPARATION
- Remove seeds from all medjool date, layer them into small tray and bake them for 3 minutes.
- Added white oats to small frying pan and cook until golden brown.
- Combine crunchy peanut butter, crushed peanut, white oats in a small bowl mixing all together well.
- Fill each medjool date with one teaspoon of filling then dip it into crushed peanut plate.
- Put the stuffed date into fridge for about one hour then serve.
NOTICE
Medjool or (Mujhoolah) (Arabic: 'unknown') - a large, sweet and succulent date. It is named unknown because who owned it at first didn't know its specie and thus called it unknown.
